Terms and conditions of car rental

Requirements for the contract conclusion:

A. International driving license.
B. Deposit (the amount of the deposit depends on the length of the driving license, full years and the model car model).
C. Copy of the foreign passport.

Payment for the car:

A. Bank card: VISA, MasterCard, Electron. The card must be registered and belong to the person signing the contract.
B. Cash is accepted for payment of rental, in USD, as well as in local currency AED.
C. Payment for the deposit is accepted only by a registered bank card belonging to the person concluding the contract! The amount on your card is blocked for 20 days. At the end of the period, the presence of fines for speeding and red light is checked, in the absence of fines, the deposit amount is returned to your card.

Additional notes:

A. On January 1, 2018, the UAE officially introduced a VAT of 5%.
B. We do not provide car hire for an hour. The minimum rental period is 1 day.

Condition of use

The Renter is expected to look after the vehicle and not allow it to be used by third parties;
Do not use rented vehicles for transportation of passengers for personal purposes (vans are exception);
Do not use rented vehicles to propel or tow any car, trailer or other object;
Rented vehicles are not to be registered in any race or contest;
Rented vehicles are not to be driven while Renter or any other driver of vehicle is under the influence of alcohol, hallucinatory drugs, narcotics, barbiturates, or any other substance impairing consciousness or ability to react.
Rented vehicles are not to be driven in contravention of any customs, traffic or other regulations;
– by any person other than the Renter unless that person has been designated by the Lessor on the front page of this agreement;
– outside the country of rental (UAE) unless pre-authorized with written permission by the Lessor;
– in geographical areas which have been defined by the Lessor as restricted.

Car damage and theft policy: In the event of damages or loss of the vehicle or parts of it, including fire and breakage of glass, the Renter shall irrespective of his or the driver’s fault, pay the amount of all resulting loss and expenses to the Lessor.

All fines during the vehicle rental are paid by the customer (we have full rights to pay all the trafic breaks from customers deposit).
